Stephenie’s family, friends and TRM411 are deeply shocked and terribly disappointed at this photo op taken by a standing city council member and lagoon opponents who took it upon themselves to contact The Surfside News to be photographed and interviewed regarding Stephenie’s death, yet NOT ONE of them has extended their condolences to the family personally. This is exploitation at it’s best, and being connected to a biased article by a reporter that made NO EFFORT to contact those close to Stephenie is additionally hurtful. The disrespect is astounding.

The Real Malibu 411, supports the spirit of the Malibu General Plan and will help get signatures for a petition or a plan to retire the commercial development in the civic center area. Not only is the Civic Center creating traffic problems with the existing development but most Malibu residents have very little desire to shop there.
TRM411 does not want Malibu to become a shopping destination especially for the majority of chain stores that already exist in the city as well as have contributed to the deterioration of the mom and pop shopping experience in our community.
There is no need to sacrifice the natural environment/wetlands to benefit Ralph Lauren and Banana Republic and any other chain store that uses Malibu as a loss leader.
We support the efforts of Preserve Malibu .

Realtor to MH: “I donated a ton of money to you to stop the project. If the project was stopped I would have earned enough thousands of dollars per day to pay for your personal expenses in perpetuity. What I payed you was not a legitimate tax write-off, but it would have still benefited both of us.”
MH to Realtor: ” You are on the wrong side of environmental history. I never promised that I would stop the project. I merely signed a contract in which I vowed to use propaganda to attempt to help you. We all knew it was loosing battle from the start.
Next thing we know, Malibu Realtors and WDF are suing and counter-suing each other over breach of contract and bunch of other mis-steps by Realtors, fund-raisers, and all the minions that jumped on the Bandwagon of Fools.
